By signing up, you get full access to all of Shoutbase's functions for a period of 30 days. You do not need a credit card to get started. After the 30 day period, you will still have access to your account, but we will suspend the creation of new time entries for you and your teams.
No, you don't have to enter your credit card details to start your free trial. When you decide to continue using Shoutbase, enter your payment details, and you'll be automatically charged each month.
Just send us an email to support@shoutbase.com and we'll provide you with an extension.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments. All payments are handled by Stripe.
You can archive inactive team members while keeping their data for reporting. We do not charge for archived team members.
